Who We Are
The Zimbabwe Business & Disability Network (ZBDN) is a country level replica of the Global Business and Disability Network (GBDN) which was initiated and is coordinated by the International Labour Organization. The ZBDN is an employer-led platform building disability confidence of employers.
The network aims to bring together multinational businesses, employer federations, civil society and other stakeholders to promote employment and inclusion of persons with disabilities in the private sector and beyond.
A Zimbabwe where businesses champion disability inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities, accessible workplaces, and inclusive labour markets for persons with disabilities.
To empower employers to become disability confident, fostering inclusive workplaces that recognize persons with disabilities as valuable employees, customers, and business partners. We aim to create environments where diversity is celebrated, and equal opportunities are provided for all, driving economic empowerment and sustainability for persons with disabilities.
